That absolute confidence that I have.

That absolute confidence that I have, when I look at a bird, a cat, a dog, I know that I am a lot more intelligent than them and I observe with confidence how simple they are and how simple they think.

That absolute confidence that I have that there is someone looking at me and thinking the same thing.

My observations on life and the lessons learned.

On the Binary Law of Life

Male and female, light and dark, good and evil, misery and happiness, hot and cold, right and wrong, zeroes and ones.

On Mankind

People are not afraid of death.

Human beings are dominated by desire, there is not much difference between animals and humans, the desire for territory, food, lust, possessions.

The number one destructive desire that mankind is facing is Greed. Poverty in the world is the direct result of greed.

We live in an age where one man possesses wealth that can feed 100 million people who cannot afford to eat.

There are so many cultural differences, and many different types of societies, maybe one day this gap will disappear, but for the coming centuries, you guys must endure.

Our youth are being taught how to “hustle” instead of being taught how to improve the world.

Humans take their parents for granted. A father or a mother is the most precious belonging that a human can have, but yet humans understand that conceptually, not practically.

However! Don’t ever think that there are no good people out there, if good people did not exist, humanity would have gone extinct.

On politics.

Once you are above 18 years old or so, you will be initiated to the weird world of politics, the fundamental lesson that you must know and which most of the people don’t even know, is to differentiate between a super power and a state.

On money.

Never set foot in debt. If you can’t afford it, don’t buy it.

Always have backup savings.

Depend on multiple sources of income.

On emotions.

Humans are two sided. Just like the binary law of life.

One day you feel happy, one day you feel sad.

One day you feel love, one day you feel anger.

Those who have control over their emotions are the smart, not the ones with high IQs.

Talent is over rated, passion is what makes a person excel.

On enemies.

There is no such thing as a definite enemy.

Time changes the good to bad and the bad to good.

The most powerful attitude that you can ever have is to always keep your intentions clean, this is the most valuable lesson that you must learn no matter what. The moment you learn how to maintain sincere and good intentions towards everyone and everything, you will notice that your life will become as smooth as f***.

On happiness.

God.

His remembrance calms the heart.

Prayer and Meditation, helps understand oneself, and provides the opportunity to ponder about the important matters in our lives, thus improving our well being. Embrace Silence!

On God

The only eternal friend.

On Strangers.

Look at people as if all of them are messengers of god.

That way your heart will have nothing but love for everyone. Thus removing doubt.

Fear is how you fall.

On Death

Embrace it, and know that there is someone who will take care of you when you are gone,

Whoever brought me here will have to take me home ~ Rumi

Our minds are not yet advanced to fully understand the secrets of our creation. Although we marvel at our advancement and our technology, yet I do not see the human race ever answering the question of singularity (who created us?). Atleast not yet.

Law Of Success # 3 The more you spend time doing something, the more you excel in doing it.

The first question is this; what do you want to become? If someone asks you who are you? What will be your answer?

Are you someone? Put your name in the blank and ask your self, who is ________?

If you do not have an answer, then you are wasting time.

You might want to become a great achiever, a successful entrepreneur, an investor, an inventor and so and so, and you might be thinking that you can not achieve it given your current status, but all I can say now is this;

The more time you spend doing something, the more Pro you become in doing it, i.e. you excel in that particular field.

Notice yourself, what do you do with your time everyday. there HAS to be something that you are doing on a daily basis. If you spend most of your time on social media platforms, then I can call you a social media Pro. You are a PROFESSIONAL social media platforms expert. You had no idea that you are. My family likes to call me a computer or technology expert, because I spend a significant amount of time on state of the art tech gadgets and etc. But do I view myself as a Pro like they do? No, because I know that there exists many other technology geeks that in front of them I will look puny, BUT! that doesn’t mean that I’m not good at it!

My point here is, that if you want to be something, then spend your time around that field.

If you want to be an inventor, spend your spare time watching DIY videos on YouTube, watch documentaries, check out new inventions, buy and read some books where you can apply some of what you are learning at home and have fun doing it.

I have a friend of mine who is fond of cars, engines, anything related to automotives. I can confidently say that if he is to work as an engine inventor or to work in any automotive related field, he will succeed and excel because he has spent a lot of his time educating himself about the subject.

Malcolm Gladwell, in his book “Outliers“, suggests that if you do something for 10,000 hours, then you are an expert in that field. That is the foundation of education. People who go to schools, they basically are spending their time being around a specific field, learning it, being around it all the time. so why don’t you spend your basic time being around the thing that you want to become.

You might be worried about your future, and you are seeing that you are currently under achieving, or you are not even achieving anything at all. Ask yourself what am I a Pro at? You have to be a Pro at something, you just don’t know it.

God bless.

If there exist beings that are more intelligent than us, beings whom we cannot see with the naked eye nor can we comprehend their strength. If they exist, there is no possible way that we can overpower them. Can an ant overpower a human? It can not.

My words are not for now.
My words are for humans in hundreds or thousands of years to come. For today these words are madness, but then; these words are intelligence.

Hard Work vs Smart Work

I have personally come across a lot of people who believe that only hard work can make you successful, hard work IS necessary but it is not the only factor that makes you successful. For instance; if a person collects metal cans from the streets, everyday collecting cans from 4am to 9pm and sells the cans for an amount… does he become a millionaire? Impossible. But what if he creates a system where people from all over the country throw cans in his boxes and he has trucks that collect those cans once a day for him… you get my point? Therefore it is not only hardwork that pays off, it is smart work that pays more.
Another example.

A man collects his hard earned cash for more than 20 years to buy a small house that costs $ 100,000 he spent a lot of hard work and a lot of time to purchase that house whereas another man goes to the bank gets a loan of $ 100,000 buys the house and sells it at the same time for $ 150,000 to a buyer, pays of his loan and leaves with a $ 50,000 profit.

In this example, what pays off more? Hard work or smart work?

There are tons of opportunities out there for us to work smart.

God bless.

We have been created in such unfathomable complexity, but yet with unbelievable stupidity.

Science is never absolute.

Thoughts not words, transfer from mind to mind, the question is; when two minds interact, does the thought initiate from one to another or do the thoughts spawn from an external source other than the two interacting minds. If the thoughts are created and spawned from one of the two interacting minds, then we humans are creators, but if the thoughts spawn from an external source, then our minds are being controlled by a superior being.

How to Ace an interview.

what is your weakness

First you need to understand your own weight.

Weigh yourself first and know yourself.

What is he talking about? Weigh yourself and know yourself? How is this relevant? How does this help me ace an interview?

Sadly, Very sadly, there are people out there who are brilliant, but have no idea how smart and capable they are. They set the walls for themselves, they believe that they are not worthy of a high income job, why? Because they have eluded themselves into thinking that they are not worthy enough. A classical example to this was my first hand experience: whenever I went to a job interview, I stuttered, I answered questions very poorly, maneuvering and thinking that this was what I was supposed to do in an interview. I was wrong, as I worked in many places and read a lot of books on self development, I came to realize that an individual’s potential is very vast, an inexperienced youngster can outperform a corporate veteran, how is that possible? Because the person who believes in himself and has a positive outward mental attitude, excels in his work and further gets brainstorms of ideas and has a lot of energy and never gets tired. Why? Because he believes in himself.

As I worked in many companies, I couldn’t help but notice that there are DUMB people who have better positions than me, why is that? Is it my fault? Yessss! Ofcourse its my fault, when I entered my job interview I had the desperate look on my face that said, “Please hire me! any job would do!” this way I was used, recruited and was given the minimal wage, although I had previous experience and plus a prestigious university degree to my name.

What did I do as time passed? I sat down and took a serious look in the mirror, I weighed myself, with all the experience I have had, with all the reading that I do, with all the people whom I have come across and learned a lot from, with all the above average ambition, I AM A LOT BETTER THAN WHO I THINK I AM, therefore I am the one who will decide his own wage. I was at home, jobless, I received a call from a recruiting agency, I had no idea how they got a hold of my CV until I realized that I have given them my CV years ago. they informed me that there is a vacancy for an HR manager, I thought to myself; hmm coool. They told me whats your expectation for your wage, I told them the double amount of my previous wage, and my attitude was; if you don’t like my offer, find someone else. But of course I was polite and professional at the same time but I had a clear vibe that this is what I’m asking for and I will not go for less. They had no idea that my previous wage was half the amount which I have demanded, but hey! it worked,

I was hired.

Why am I talking about this story in detail?

The thing that really made my mind go round n round was that, the recruiting agency whom I gave my C.V to, had no idea that I have gained experience in HR because the C.V which I handed to them was many years old, and as soon as I completed my HR specialist Course, they contacted me and they were looking for an HR Manager, based on that old CV which they have had, I was a hell lot under qualified for an HR role, therefore my conclusion is this, IT IS THE ENERGY THAT YOU EMIT AND SEND TO THE UNIVERSE that affects the circumstances in your life and manifests opportunities to you. Did you understand or are you lost? Remember when I said to weigh yourself? As soon as I completed my HR course I had more faith that now I am more capable, and I am more valuable, so I weighed my self differently as a man of greater value, this is the reason why the opportunity to work as an HR manager manifested.

But how do I weigh myself?

Look into yourself, what are you good at?

When you sit in an interview, talk to the person who is interviewing you as if that person is a random person whom you are meeting on a bus stop, and you want to have a nice short social conversation and speak about each other, if the person interviewing you was a random stranger who you met in a bus stop, how would you behave and interact with that person, ask the interviewer questions as if you are asking the stranger in the bus stop, how long have you been here? what have you studied? How is work here… as simple as that, you will be surprised that the person interviewing you is as simple as you, and is not a devil whose trying to make you talk about your sins. Be honest, Professionally honest at least, don’t say things like, ya well I hate being punctual, and you look ugly as shii***. Thats just silly.

Add value to yourself.

You might completely ignore many achievements that you have accomplished in your life, so when an interviewer asks you, what have you achieved so far, or what is your greatest accomplishment, you can answer simply by saying that I was once one of the top three students in my class, or you can say that my previous boss once told me “You are brilliant!”, soooo simple, yet we don’t take these things into consideration, My personal opinion, again, it is only my own personal opinion; company managers look for candidates who are socially welcoming, take own initiative, abide by the rules and respect themselves and others, THATS IT! Even if the position which you are applying for requires years of experience, in today’s technology you can Google almost “how to do” anything! All you have to do in the interview is to show positive belief in yourself that you can achieve and do what they require from you.

I can not emphasize how important it is that you believe in yourself, look at yourself, I am sure that you have countless achievements which you are not aware of, find them so that they can help you increase your own faith in yourself.

Please see that this post is dedicated to those who had to go through the same hardships that I went through with the lack of understanding of my own value, this post is intended to open your eyes to your true potential, and remove the dirty veil of mediocrity off from your eyes. If you are looking for tips on how to show up to an interview, things like wear a clean shirt, arrive 15 minutes early and all that crap, you will not find these tips here sorry.

Why should I study Business?

Every person who is trying to make money, has to know the fundamentals of business.

Are you thinking of studying Business? And you are wondering whether it is the right path?

First you have to know that your studies must be aligned with your goals, I can not emphasize how important this is. So let us say that your dream is to be an engineer, therefore you study engineering. If your dream is to become a doctor, then you study Medicine. Don’t take up a course just for the sake of having a degree. But allow the degree to bring you closer to your dream.

So my first recommendation to you is this;

If you want to study a subject, first align it with your dream.

If you find your Element, that will save you a lot of hard work. There are many people who have completed their degree, started working, and have discovered that their current field is not where their heart lies.

Discovering what you are good at is essential because you will do what you are passionate about which in turn makes your success inevitable.

Studying a BS in Business will give you the opportunity to learn how a company operates, what are the necessary cogs in its wheels, you will learn the basics of Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance. You will basically learn how to run a company, organization or an institution.

My recommendation for you is that you approach your studies from a perspective of an Entrepreneur, and not from a perspective of an employee, you wanna know why? Read my post about Job vs Self Employment here.

Bear in mind that you do not necessarily need to study Business to be able to run your own company, my personal opinion is that it all comes down to how serious you are about achieving your goal; sometimes by having a business chat with an Entrepreneur – you will learn in an hour what a university will teach you in a week. So it all comes down to your efforts.

Keep in mind that the field of Business studies is very interesting because it teaches you the fundamentals of running an organization. Every person who is trying to make money, has to know the fundamentals of business, whether you are an engineer, a doctor, a writer, you can not possibly make money without knowing how money works, therefore no matter what your profession is, or no matter what studies you undertake, you will always go back to studying business. Therefore, Business students have the opportunity to be surrounded my subjects that are mainly about “how to make money” but unfortunately, as soon as a Business student graduates, s/he falls in to corporate slavery. My personal opinion is that being self-employed is better than having a job.

Overall if you want to study Business, I am not against your decision, because like I said, as a Business student; you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about the business world and how people out there are making money but always remember, no matter what you have studied, no matter what Masters or PHDs you have acquired, you have to have the ambition and the will to reach to your goals so like I said earlier, it all comes down to your efforts. Even without a degree you can kick start the next Facebook from your garage.

How to become rich instantly.

Job vs Self-employment, Which one is better?

Are you wondering whether to study hard and stack your degrees or to “do your own thing”?

This question was ricocheting in my skull for years, and as time passes by; everyday; I come closer and closer to realizing that “doing your own thing” or running your own show is the best approach towards your long term financial goals.

Wait now I am not saying that having a job is not fulfilling, have an open mind, I will discuss the pros and cons of both paths so bear with me.

Having a job is commitment, serious commitment, you have to wake up every single working day and show up at your job, if you are young – just graduated from school – imagine that you have to go to school for the rest of your life AGAIN! When I was young I didn’t like to go to school, I was enjoying of course but my holidays where more enjoyable 🙂 what sucked about school was the fact that I had to wake up every single day and SHOW UP at school, so basically, it was the COMMITMENT that sucked. Although when I look back now I figure that school days where the best days of my life; but at that time when I was young; the commitment was not very pleasant. So being an adult while going to work you are doing the same thing, you are “showing up” at your job just to make a living, every single day you HAVE to wake up early morning and go to work. Is it a coincidence that adults’ working hours and children’s studying hours are the same amount?  I don’t think so, it is a system laid out for humans to create the perfect labourers.

If you had no problem going to school at all when you where a kid, then most probably you will be able to endure the hardships of going to work, so no worries for you.

Do not misunderstand by thinking that going to work is a difficult thing, as a matter of fact, some jobs are very rewarding, some companies pay handsomely, some companies recruit great people, and some companies are very flexible as long as you are doing what they require from you. I have worked in a company where it was similar to school days, this one time me and my colleague were playing soccer INSIDE the office where I kicked the ball and it landed on the Operations Manager’s Macbook while she was working and my colleague kicked the ball inside the General Manager’s Office. We were trolling them and laughin our asses. Yes sometimes you will find some companies that are really fun to be in but unfortunately most of the companies ARE NOT.

A very important thing you need to know about “jobs” as well is that company management are very strict, worse than “school strict” or “parents strict”, if you are late a couple of times, off you go – FIRED!

I have worked in 7 companies (part time and full time) and the majority of the companies they expect these things:

1) SHOW UP, thats the most important point, probably showing up is 90% of what the companies want from you. If you show up everyday and you are punctual, your chances of staying and not being kicked out is 90%

2) Finish your tasks within reasonable time

3) Show some loyalty

4) Listen to instructions

5) Don’t create problems

Thats probably it, you don’t need anything else to maintain your position, unless of course if the company no longer needs your services or if they have to shut down, then you will inevitably loose your job.

If you want to become super successful at your work and get promoted fast, you have to do the following:

1) Don’t just show up at work, be there 24/7 🙂 come to work at least 15 minutes early, stay till midnight if you have to

2) Do WHATEVER IT TAKES to profit the company

3) Think about work all the time, while you are driving, while you are shi**ng, while you are eating, while you are playing

4) Everything you hear and see, report it to your boss

5) Tell the truth 10 % of the time, give white lies 90 % of the time, do you know why Obama is so successful? He is one of the best liars you will ever see

6) Kiss the hell out of your boss’s ass

On the other hand, running your own business in my opinion is a lot better. People who work for themselves have a profound understanding of the mechanisms of PASSIVE INCOME, while the people who work in “jobs” deal with ACTIVE INCOME. Active income is an asshole who stares at your face every time you reach the end of the month waiting for your paycheck to be issued, while passive income is a good friend of yours who deposits money in your bank while you are asleep in your bed. If I can help you in anyway today my dear reader is that you do some research and understand the difference between active and passive income, I can not emphasize how important it is that you understand the difference, it will greatly help you succeed if you are aiming at financial liberty.

Why do I think having your own business is better? Well I will let you answer that question, what is better? Working 168 hours per month to get a wage of 3,000 $ or owning a small house that generates 3,000 $ of rent while you are doing nothing. Which one is better? 168 hours or 0 hours? You do the Math.

Of course you need capital to purchase the house for instance, if you are obliged to have a job, then do so by all means but do not keep it as your long term goal, unless if you are fully satisfied with your job and your are happy.

Happy! it’s a very important word in this arena, the majority of workers are not happy.

There is one very important message that I would like to hand over to you, doing what you are passionate about is a 1000 times more important than doing what others tell you to do.

By owning your own business you can:

1) Show up whenever you want

2) Make up as much money as you want, you set your own limits

3) Have plenty of time

4) You are the boss

5) Play by your own rules

And most importantly, do what you enjoy doing.

Thank you for taking the time and reading.

God Bless.
